Welcome to the AJP Nordic Apparel shop! Here you’ll find apparel and merchandise under our AJP Apparel brand. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before shopping.
AJP Nordic is operated by Backroads AB, the official importer and distributor of AJP Motorcycles and related products in the Nordic region.
1. Orders
Once you place an order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. The confirmation includes details about your items, prices, and delivery information. If you don’t receive a confirmation shortly after your purchase, please contact us.
2. Prices
All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT (25%). We reserve the right to change prices, correct any pricing errors, and adjust for sold-out items.
3. Payment
We offer the following payment options:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Swish
Payment is made at the time of purchase. We use secure payment services that comply with current safety standards.
4. Delivery
Normal delivery time within Sweden is 2–5 business days, depending on your location and stock availability. Orders are shipped via PostNord or another suitable carrier. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish distance selling laws, starting from the day you receive the item.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include tags and original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can assist you.
Note: For hygiene reasons, beanies and caps can only be returned if they are unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
6. Complaints
If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, you have the right to file a complaint. Please contact us as soon as possible (within 14 days) with a description of the issue and preferably a photo of the item. If your complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping cost.
7. Personal Data
We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR). Your information is only used to fulfill your order and delivery and will not be shared with third parties beyond our payment and shipping partners.
