Orders and Order Confirmation
Your order becomes binding when it is confirmed in writing by us, either via email or signed agreement. Orders are subject to availability and may require a deposit to be finalized. A final delivery date will be confirmed once the motorcycle is ready for shipment or pick-up.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT (25%) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change due to external factors such as currency fluctuations, supplier pricing, or tax changes. AJP Nordic reserves the right to adjust prices prior to a finalized order.
Payment Terms
Bank transfer (invoice)
A deposit of 15% of order value is required to reserve a motorcycle. Full payment must be received before delivery or pick-up. Financing options may be available through third-party partners upon request.
Delivery and Collection
Motorcycles can be delivered to an authorized dealer or service point. Delivery costs, if applicable, will be clearly stated in the order. Estimated delivery dates are non-binding unless agreed in writing.
Ownership of the motorcycle transfers once full payment has been received.
Registration and Documentation
Motorcycles are delivered with the necessary documents and registrations in Sweden or Finland.
Warranty
All new AJP Motorcycles are covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty (unlimited mileage), subject to proper maintenance and use according to the user manual. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or service not performed by an authorized technician.
In case of a warranty claim, please contact us or your authorized dealer immediately.
Right of Withdrawal
Motorcycle purchases are not typically covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Selling Act (Distansavtalslagen) if the purchase was made at a physical location or by custom order.
Service and Maintenance
To maintain warranty coverage, service must be carried out according to the manufacturer’s schedule and by an authorized service partner. Service intervals and requirements are specified in the motorcycle’s user manual.
Complaints and Liability
If you discover a fault with the motorcycle upon delivery, it must be reported immediately. For any hidden defects, you must notify us within a reasonable time. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the defect.
Personal Data
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and only use your information to manage your order, registration, delivery, and service communication. Your data is not shared beyond what is necessary to fulfill the contract.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through dialogue will be referred to a general court with Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
